Consumer Lending


Skip-a-Payment Program --- Apply Now

This program enables qualified members to skip their monthly payment on consumer loans.

  • To skip 1 payment – must be current on loan payments for the most recent 6 months  
  • To skip 2 payments – must be current on loan payments for the most recent 12 months  
  • To skip 3 payments – must be current on loan payments for the most recent 18 months  
  • $25.00 service fee (one time)
  • Excludes loans currently within the first 6 months of repayment and loans that have utilized Skip-a-Payment benefit within the last 12 months

Automobile Refinance --- Apply Now

Qualified members can take advantage of the equity they have in their vehicle to help pay other expenses.  

  • If refinancing for a larger amount than existing loan balance, members receive difference in cash
  • Loan amount dependent upon member’s debt-to-income ratio and automobile’s loan-to-value ratio 
  • Interest rate dependent upon member’s credit score 

NEW: Lend-a-Hand Personal Loan --- Apply Now

Qualified members can apply for an unsecured personal loan, even if temporarily unemployed.  

  • Borrow up to $10,000 for terms up to 6 years
  • Fixed payments (principal and interest)  
  • Rate based on member’s credit history, potential bankruptcy risk, and other risk factors
  • Temporary unemployment will not be a determining factor in loan approval

Residential Lending 


NEW: Lend-a-Hand Home Equity Loan --- Apply Now

Qualified members can draw on the equity in their home, even if temporarily unemployed.  

  • Up to 90% loan-to-value permitted
  • Borrow up to $10,000 over a 7 or 10 year term
  • Fixed payments (principal and interest)  
  • Rate based on member’s credit history, potential bankruptcy risk, and other risk factors
  • Temporary unemployment will not be a determining factor in loan approval
