Community Service Scholarship
Liberty Bay Credit Union is honored to administer the prestigious Jane B. Cella Scholarship for Community Service, which pays tribute to a Liberty Bay Credit Union employee who spent her 46-year career with the Credit Union. This scholarship is given to a student who has shown dutiful service and significant contributions to our community. Applicants must submit a 100-300 word essay on how they’ve made a difference by volunteering in their community over the past year.
Liberty Bay Credit Union will select one (1) applicant, to receive the Jane B. Cella Scholarship for Community Service, which consists of a $1500 scholarship award. The scholarship award can be used towards the purchase of books and supplies during the academic year. We are not accepting applications at this time. Please check back in January 2020.
Liberty Bay Credit Union is pleased to offer 10 scholarships to assist with the cost of higher education. Each award of $1,000 for educational purposes is available to students who have been accepted into or are enrolled in an accredited two or four year college, university, technical or vocational school.
