I understand that the Raffle is being conducted by The Josh Beckett Foundation, and that by ordering a ticket to the Raffle, I am agreeing to be bound by the Official Rules & Regulations of the Raffle. Furthermore, I agree that my selection of the box below: (a) is my digital signature to this Order Form (which is equivalent to my "written signature"), certifying that I have read and agree to be bound by the Official Rules & Regulations, and, (b) if my order is accepted, is my digital signature to the Official Raffle Tickets as may be required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
